Bivins Gallery is pleased to present William T. Wiley: Where the Rub Her Meats the Rode, on view from May 20 through July 8. Considered a national treasure by curators, historians, and collectors, Wiley's trademark authenticity and Zen-like outlook shine brightly in this exhibition, featuring paintings and drawings from the last two decades. Wiley's body of work is characterized by his razor-sharp wit and explores topics such as religion, politics, global warming, and pop culture. Works by William T. Wiley can be seen at the Hirshhorn, LACMA, MoMA, and the National Museum of Art. A digital catalogue of some of Wiley's works can be seen here.
